By using YT Toolbox, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
YT Toolbox provides free online file processing tools, including image compression, resizing, format conversion, background removal, and PDF manipulation. The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
You agree not to upload or process any files that are illegal, harmful, or infringe upon the rights of others. You must own the rights to the files you process or have permission from the rights holder.
Uploaded and processed files are automatically deleted from our servers after 1 hour. YT Toolbox is not responsible for files lost after this period. You are responsible for downloading your processed files in a timely manner.
We impose limits on file sizes (50MB), batch uploads (20 files), and background removals (5 per session) to ensure fair use of server resources. These limits may change without notice.
YT Toolbox does not claim ownership of files you upload or process. All intellectual property rights remain with you or the original rights holder.
YT Toolbox shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss, business interruption, or any indirect damages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, without prior notice.
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
